Hi,
I am having 2 no.s (Mobile number: 8486339855)of Reliance JIO prepaid SIMs which was earlier ported in from other operator in the month of April/2021.
From the last 4 days without any information Reliance JIO has deactivated all the 2 SIMs without any prior information to us. I went to raise the complaint to the nearest customer care here at “Kalaigaon”, Dist-Udalguri, Assam. But they simply replied that these 2 numbers can’t reactivated again and instead of these 2 numbers they will provide us with 2 new numbers. Please do the needful ..
