My airtel prepaid number is 8534961531. I ported it from postpaid to prepaid on. It got deactivated or stoped working today in evening. How can my number be deactivated? I called on customer care and they told me that my number is not in use for 90days Or more .I went to the store today also, I live in Gujarat and they number was of gr.noida.Now they are saying that this number can be re activated from gr noida only. I can’t travel 1500 km in such conditions.There is some kind of technical fault from airtel side that my number got deactivated with no fault of mine. Now they are telling me that sorry sir you have to go delhi for reactivation.please see this issue I am facing this problem every thing my bank account link and so on and they are not helping me
