• In my broadband fixed line Jan 2020 , data smartbytes of 20gb for 99 rupees is activated, there is no provision in airtel thanks app, also every month simply it gets added on my bill even though not consumed many a times, near by airtel stores also said they don’t have provision to deactivate, suggested to lodge complaints, every month I register complaints, and every month customer care people response s that from next bill cycle it will b deactivated, but several months passed, not resolved my issues, and takes extra amount.
