I have selected you for shifting of my household material in the same city to assure that all my items will be safe and dispatched very safely but during shifting so many damages had happened , some pictures i am attaching with this mail for your easy reference, also there were hidden charges applied which were not disclosed during booking.
4*6 bed one side supporter (Leg) got damaged, damage picture attached.
4*6 bed’s cleat & cut slats got completely damaged, picture attached.
The dresser’s drawer’s handle got damaged, picture attached.
Regarding hidden charges complaint:-
When i have booked you to as a transporter no one has told me about hidden charge like when my shifting got completed then transporter had asked me to return cartoons box so i have asked them that just you have dispatched my material how can i make them empty just now it will take minimum 2-3 days so they have asked 700 rs for security amount and asked me to return in early in next morning else all amount will be charged.
Being a human you tell me is it possible to empty that box within 30 min, and when i have went to return that boxes to transporter they have put penalty 50 rs on me to damaged one box, even that box got damaged during shifting only but still they have charged on me to get damaged it.
Really very pathetic experience with you guys and will assure in my contact no one will select you for transportation.
