received damaged helicopter then i have complain for it in return they send me another damaged product which i refused to received as it does not allow me to make video so i called customer care they told me you reiceve product and complain again but that deliver boy did not visited again it went 3/4 day then i again called customer care they told wait sir he will come after that next call from flipkart agent come she told me to close mu case and cancel this return request as by 2 august i will recieve the money in accouny and product will be refunded but nothing such happen after that i called multiple time but every time agent put my call on hold and they cut
so i kindly reqt to see the matter
