Dear sir,
I have purchased Samsung Crystal 4k neo tv 55 inch on 16th April 2023 and product was received product on 19th April 2023. And technician visited 22nd april 2023 for demo. While giving demo on TV, it’s blinking screen and picture is not stable. So techinication told me raise return production & replace by his suggested i have raised replacement on 22nd April 2023. As filpkart team mention on website technician will visit on 28th april 2023 and replacement on 1st May 2023 but still now i didn’t get any update from flipkart team. After multiple follow up. They are giving differents days and Everyday they are changing the datas. Now it’s 5th may 2023. I don’t think they will resolve within data.
Question is why they are sending damaged product to customer? if send fault product they need to replace with in one or two days. Why we need to wait for 15 days for replacement?
Why should i keep damaged product in home ?
