Text of Complaint by PABBA SIVAKRISHNA:

  • I have recharged 399 through airtel app on 18th of this month.The shows when I have recharged 1.4 gb per day,unlimited calls with 84 days validity.Here iam attaching the screen shot regarding the offer.But after recharge I have got only 1 gb per day.I had complainted on this issue on 19 th after noon.The executive said that I am receiving complaint,on 21st evening it will credit to your account.But till today I have not received the benefit.so today just now I have called to support they didn’t give me correct information and said that you will get only 1gb per day for 399.Even i have said about that offer what I have saw in the app.But they are not try to solve my problem and simply said do what you can do from your side,we are not abel to do any thing.i had spoke to one executive and one supervisor but I didn’t get solution. Finally they give this mail id and says if you have proofs send to this mail.so please find the attachment and give my benefits accordingly.
