The CSC Jana Seva Kendra at Parakode, Pathanamthitta district of Kerala, never seem to open. It is not even a solitary CSC outlet. It is set inside a jewellery/gift shop. But that’s not the issue. The issue is the owner (a lady) never seem to open the Kendra, or she opens it at her will.
The Implications
I had applied for PAN Card Renewal there, around 20 days ago. For something that should have taken a week, it has been 20 days and still no Pan Card! I even lost an opportunity to apply for job, for the reason that I did not have an updated PAN card, thanks to that lady.
