Dear Sir,
My name is Yogesh Chandrakant Shinde My PRM ID is 0705115795. On 23rd Nov 2022,While loading money of Rs. 1000 the transaction was repeated by me. Out of two transactions Rs. 1000 is showing as balance in the JioPOS Lite app.But another transaction having Transaction ID 232721159158( POS LITE Transaction id – JIO20MO00002E8ZR823112022T212254E0360) of Rs. 1000 is not yet credited in Jio POS Lite app nor in my bank account even after 23 days. Also no proper response to my complaint on e mail and WhatsApp no. 7000470004.
