okay,so I’m a college student and during the period of lockdown I decided to do some home based part time job to brought my free time into proper utilization so, in the beginning of month july I had applied for it on quicker.com and after 2 to 3 days I received a call from NS solution  and she asked,” mam ap home based job krna chahte ho to maine haaan keh di to uske baad unhone humse hmare address  proof manga or whatsapp pr apne kaam ka sarae demo send kr diye fir unhone kaha ki agr ap ye job krte ho or 90% successful rehte ho to company apki 15 days salary mae se rs.6200 as a registration fee cut kr lenge

fir unkae text or call ana start hue jisme unhone ek application send kri jahan pr unhone kaha ki yahan pr sirf apna naam likh do or humko apni ek photo send kr do or baad mae humko unse pta chlata hai ki vo company ka agreement tha jisme ye tha ki humko 15 din kae andr vo kaam pura krna hai jo company humko provide kregi or kaam ye tha ki unhone humko 200 pages likhne ko diye thae jo humko 15 din kae andr complete krkae unko send krne thae jbki ye cheez impossible hai or usmae bhi humko sb ek dam accuracy mae likhna tha without having any single mistake

At that time, maine unse unki company kae legal documents mangee as a proof  to unhone kaha ki email pr send kr diye hai  jbki maine apni mail box check kra to wahan bs kaam krne ka procedure diye hua tha

mere baar baar mangnee pr bhi unhone jb nhi diya,to kuch time baad  unki dobara call ayi to maine unko kahan ki jb tk ap merko apni company kae legal documents nhi doge tb tk mai kaam nhi krungi to unhone kaha ki ab apka agreement bann chukka hai apko kaam krna hi pdega n I clearly said NO to them after this or maine kaam nhi kra kyuki mujhe kuch galt lg rha tha

mai unko baar baar kuch din tk issi cheez ki demand krti rhi to unka reply bs ye hota tha ki registration kae baad de denge

15 din pure hone kae ek do din baad mere registered mobile number unkae  advocate ka  call aya jo ki meri beh ne uthaya tha jb mai ghr pr nhi thi after a while around 1:30pm unkae advocate se SMS aya ki ” under section 420 of Indian Penal Code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you” and there was anumber given for the further assistance

to jb maine us pr call kra to maine kaha ki maine jb company se unkae legal documents mange to unhone kyu send nhi kre? to unka kehna tha ki vo apki OR company ki baat hai  us bare mae humko kuch nhi pta or agr ap 2:30 tk payment nhi krte ho to ap pae case file kr diya jayega maine unse thoda time manga to unhone kaha ki 10-15 mint age piche ho skta hai use zyda nhi  jb time nikl jane pr bhi unko koi respond nhi milaa  to unka text aya 3 is your final time vrna iskae baad case file ho jayega or issi cheez ko lekr unhone apni senior advocate se baat krai jbki vo bhi yhi ceez keh rhi thi ki payment kr do nhi to case file kr diya jayega or apko fir Gujrat aakr payment krni pdegi

ye sun kr maine jb ye kaha ki lockdown mae travel krna is not possible to unhone kaha ki jb apko filed case ki copy send ho jayegi to uspr permission mil jayegi  And im a student, income ka koi source nhi hai, then I asked them about the due details he said RS6200 uskae kuch time baad jb mere whatsapp pr unhone details bejhi then the amount was 6900  merko kuch samjh ni aa ra tha or kriib 3:26 pr unhone mere number pr internal case number send kr diya, or aj(21st july) subha  ko meri email pr unka mail aya hai jahan kr amount was 6200+3500  where 3500 was legal notice charge

sir I need  your help because I really don’t know what to do mai ek student hu or mere pass na hi koi income source hai  and I belong to family with not such good financial background
