I made a request for shifting of Airtel connection Broadband ID 011100660470_dsl (Relationship number 7038623561)detailed below :-

More than 5 days have passed but still it has not been shifted. Your representative is also not responding to our calls. Its really unprofessional and bad on the part of Airtel, Please ensure the connection is shifted by 04-09-2020 EOD, else I will not be left any other option then below :-
1. I need to post my grievances on social media and escalate the matter to highest authority in Airtel and subsequently to consumer court.
2. I need to discontinue the Airtel Connection.
3. Claim inconvenience cost and compensation through consumer court.
Please note that while raising the bill deduct the amount from date of request i.e. 29-08-2020 to the date of shifting of connection.
Connection is to be shifted to following address :-
E-239, First Floor, E-Block, Greater Kailash-1,New Delhi-110048.
