I Deepak Kumar Mohapatra and my wife Arnapurna Dash is using the reliance jio prepaid Number as 7008146174 & 09348669466. I am staying at Plot No-243(Near Ardhanarishwar Temple),Shastri Nagar,Unit -04, Bhubaneswar,Odisha.

From 10 days this particular address reliance jio telecom network is very very slow.sometimes data and phone calls also disconnected, maximum time for the using of data and phone call I will go to main road outside of my home then it is possible.

So for the above issue I have repeatedly contacted with jio infocom customer service team contact number-198/199,but they told me as it will resolve very soon, and also 04-05 customer service representative checked my call location and declared as sorry for the network issue in this particular area. yesterday evening I have discussed with the customer service representative Mr.kanhu charan jena,and he was aware about my network issue,but he is not able to provide me the complaint number and also not able to provide me the time period for resolve the issue,just he is telling very lightly as when we will solve the isse then we can inform you by message.

But major issue is both jio prepaid numbers are recharged for one year for that reason I am unable to portable other network also.

In this lockdown covid period everything is online mode but after paying one year advance amount presently I am in offline,my wife and my child also not able to get the online classes due to network issue.

So I request you to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible otherwise refund my recharge amount,or I will go through consumer complaint.
