I am complaining about the issues with my registered old mobile number on the Flipkart account.
Actually, the problem is that my old registered mob.no. is 7588425434 due to some reasons I have lost this no. and I want to this old to new no. 8605848154 but your all customer care was unable to solve the problem, so, the amount of gift voucher with the register old no. i.e. 999 that you will not dismiss automatically because I want to utilize the same gift voucher to place any further order.
Even, I have called more than 15 times to your customer care on 1 Nov 2021, Nobody was able to solve the problem, they every time told me to keep on hold and that call was automatically sometimes after disconnected and they did not reply again, I have put the SMS in your chatbox also.
If you will dismiss my gift voucher money from my account. Furthermore, I will complain against Flipkart on GRAHAK VICHAR MUNCH.
So, decide what will be better for you. also, I have all call recordings and SMS feedback links that would be generated after talking.
I did complain from this mail id. smchnadankar18@gmail because my mail id i.e vaijanathvhande773918@gmail.com and mob no. 7588425434 both are lost.
So, I was called all calls from my new mob no. 9067061118 you can check all the calls.
Don’t get confused with the 8605848154 and mob no. 9067061118 because you in my 8605848154 lack of balance I did all calls from 9067061118.
but I want to replace the Flipcart account from 7588425434 to 8605848154
