I have applied to change sim 2g to 4g , I got the 4g sim , but it has been more than 7 days that my 4g sim is not working , called customer care many times , they said they can’t do anything , we went to airtel centre they said it will start with in 4 hrs but it didn’t , again we went to airtel store , again they said it will start within 4 hrs.Please solve this problem.
