Hi,
I had Airtel Broadband plan of 1299 and I was getting speed of 40 mbps. Now I changed this plan to 999 100 mbps before this Diwali . I called airtel customer care 4 to 5 times since 10 days. They told me that they would change my modem soon in 3 days and I will get speed of 100 mbps but now it has been more than 10 days , till now nobody has came to change my modem and still I am getting speed of 40 mbps plan, but my actual plan is of 999 Rs of 100 mbps. I have a job and I am busy everyday and I am tired of calling airtel customer care everyday. Today I have talked to customer care to disconnect my connection because no action has been taken regarding my issue.
