On 25th August I downloaded an online loan app. I have given all details but I saw alot of apps like cash go , daily cash like that so I lost my trust in that app and I uninstalled it. But after a few hours I just checked my account balance and I found 1100 has been credited to my account but I didn’t get any notification message about this credited money then I got tensed and I reinstalled that app and I found cash go app without applying in it they have given me 2000rs loan but they didn’t ask my permission before they crediting this amount. I immediately checked for their contact to cancel this but they have no any contact numbers only I got a mail id then I immediately send mails to them to cancel this loan credited without my permission but they didn’t replied me yet then I return this credited 1100 rs to their account royalcash@axisbank . But today on 29th august they send message to my whatsApp repay your loan amount.. I have said that I didn’t applied any loan from you and without taking my permission you credited 1100 rs to my account . It’s not my problem I have send you lot of mails but you didn’t replied so I return that credited amount to your account immediately. Then they send me harassing messages like I will make your dirty pictures like that then I have called my husband and told everything husband told me to complaint against them in police please consider my problem as a big issue please give me a solution to this please sir????
