I purchased 2 years online class package from aakash byjus, but I wasn’t satisfied. It was told to us that if we are not satisfied with the studies the admission fees submitted by us I.e 16k would be refunded to us. So I raised a complain for cancellation, now my cancellation is pending since a month or more, no one is answering the mail nor calling us for the cancellation, EMI has been started, I don’t know what to do now..
