I have booked my tickets thought abhibus on December 29, 2023 at 2:53pm. UPI transaction ID

Thus is my transaction ID. My ticket is not booked and amount has been debited from my account. I have contacted abhihelp they advised me to book again for emergency and amount will be refunded with in 24 hours till now amount is not refunded.
