I am an airtel broadband user. My landline number is 05814002495 and my registered mobile number is 7017941143. The signal strength of broadband is very poor for the last 3 months. I have already complained 10 to 12 times from the last 2 months but not a single time your engineer visited my home to resolve the problem. Now I Have only one option i.e. switch the network. So I request you either resolve my problem as soon as possible or refund my money and disconnect my connection.
