Text of Complaint by santosh:

Hi, I had requested for Airtel Broadband connection, the salesman have visited my place and informed me about the connection and told me that it is possible for us to give you connection, and requested me for the payment, which I had made through my credit card, that is 3004 rupees, after which he told me that it will be done within 48 to 72 hours, but I haven’t received response from their side, so i called them after 3 days, to the salesperson, after which he told to the technician person, and almost after 4 days I received a call from technician and he told me that it won’t be possible for us to give you the connection as it is out of our reach, after which I had asked his Manager mobile number, and he sended me the number, and I tried calling on that number the whole day, but it continuesly showed busy.

I haven’t received any connection nor my Money was refunded, its a pathetic Airtel service, they are not recruiting the proper people. My cart ID is 1-F82DCLT and my Order Id is 6978612137288728576.
