I have requested for a new broadband connection on 3rd June 2022 and customer care assured me they will setup with in 72 hrs. It’s been 13 days now and it is not been setup till now. Everyday I am calling them and they assure me that it will be done with in 24 hrs. Also I requested to talk to their supervisor if they Tranfer the call no one answers it or if they request for call back no one calls me.
