I have applied for new broadband connection. I have done payment of 2122 rs/- on 6th July. Till now(13th July) they haven’t provided connection. I tried contacting executive and area manager no one is responding. They are not giving any update on issue. Even I asked them to atleast refund money. But I am not getting any response. Please kindly resolve the problem at earliest.
