I have placed an order with Boult website on 26th August with the pay later option via simple pay account. I received the order but unfortunately it was defective and I immediately raised this issue with the boult company and requested a refund. They took the product back but didn’t bother to refund me. I am trying to reach them multiple times but they are not responding at all. Neither they are refunding the amount back to simple pay account nor they are sending the replacement of the product. Worst experience in the first trial with this company and patethic customer service who don’t respond. I want either the new replaced product or my refund.
