DEAR
SIR/MADAM I BOOKED AIR TICKET ON 22 APRIL 2021 BY REF816953984 FROM BAGDOGRA TO DIBRUGARH The sum of Rs-3504/- which was deducted on 22 April 2021 from my account for generating flights tickets and unfortunately ticket not generated and canceled.
It’s been nearly 20 MONTHS I am making cal to respective care center many times for refund of my amount
TRAVOLOOK
I am feedup making cal and writing mail
Due to your company poor services .
Again I request respective company to reschedule my booking with the previous amont and customer care asked to add 990 more amont to reschedule booking vide booking reference number : REF021018387
On 9 Aug 2022 Totall Amount -detected 4494/ from my account TILL DATE COMPANY NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT.
I THEREFORE REQUST MY HONOUR TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINTS THE COMPANY ,SO THAT I CAN GET MY HARDLY EARNED MONEY WITH COMPENSATION.
