As I was using Flipkart pay later for last 3 year, and suddenly I was not barred from using it. Then I reach out to the Flipkart Customer Care service at that time they said that you are not able use this service due to policies of IDFC first Bank and they provide me the contact detail of that bank. I contact IDFC First Bank and I got to know that service which I was able to avail due the Flipkart not due to bank. Suddenly,after so many days I seen that my Flipkart Pay Later service had blocked. Then I talked to customer care of Flipkart, he told me that you have cancelled 2-3 time that’s why your Flipkart pay later service is blocked. Is this really a ground for blocking any service?
When I asked him is any process to restore that service they said no there is no such mechanism for restoration.
