Dear Sir/Team,
I don’t know that why such a prestigious company like TATA SKY, is indulged in forceful subscription of services like BInGE to its customers without their consent. It has happened with me twice a year.
Amount upto Rs. 250 to Rs.300 has been deducted from my recharge amount automatically without my knowledge.
Also when I tried to get in unsubscribed , then you people have created such a company friendly app that only allows to add service or channel, but if the customer wants to remove the service then we people are unable to do so as the app does not allow.
When I called the customer service, they said there that first you recharge it sir.
Tell me Sir that, why should I recharge ??
Just to pay off for the BiNgE unwillingly ???
Its really inbelievable that it all has been happening at TATA SKY, after I gave the AIRTEL DISH TV.
Such a monopoly the company has made that the customer are bonded to pay even though they are not willing to pay.
All I want is that please –
Get my binge service deactivated
Refund my deducted amount
And this service should get auto started again.
