I have paid already due amount and change my plan at start of billing date(10 Nov 2022) cycle, now month due not over but now it shown due amount and said pay before 20th Nov 2022.
When i communicate with customer care then told me that should be pay for Jan moth advance payment. Why should cut the connection on 20th nov, if am not paid that due payment.
If is it advance payment for jan month then why should I paid advance payment for jan month. I need escalation and support.
Also during taking new connection salesman said we will provide one month free usage, but his not given that benefit and they are lie directly.
And during the new connection service engineer not supported to make nearest router for make it full range at working location.
Totally unhappy, unsatisfied service with Jio fiber.
