- Dear team I have already escalated my concern with airtel customer care executives as well as nodal authorities but haven’t received any positive response .
- I just want to degrade my existing g postpaid plan to Rs 199 as suggested by the customer care executive on telephone. But when I tried to reach to airtel on mail, twitter or IVR , I didn’t get connected and didn’t receive any reply.
