My name is B.Manikanta and i’m from Eluru, West Godavari, A.P. I took an airtel postpaid connection numbered. 7093558350 and stared using it.
From the moment I bought that connection data services are not working completely. I keep on complaining about this issue to the local store, zonal store and helpline support but there is no result. In fact i have replaced the sim for 2 to 3 times but there is no use.
after speking with airtel customer care assistives, they suggested to pay the month bill for the clearance of the problem.
As in this way, they keep on saying the same answer again and again, and i have paid the bills promptly. later on i’m fully dissatisfied with such type of behavior, i had disposed the sim long back ago and spoke with the airtel team to stop the services. they told me to pay that month bill and i had refused to pay that instead i said the above thinga and should not pay this last bill as this is your fault, they agreed and get away.
but now after so many days airtel executives again calling me to pay the bills as the sim is on going etc, i have explained all these things.
instead of understanding things they rudely lodged a case against me and forcing me to pay the bills. as this is not fair, help me in getting out of this subject. you can verify my words at my local and zonal stores. thank you sir/madam.
