Text of Complaint by Asha Tanwar:

Jio fiber was installed in January 2020 by security deposit of rs. 1500/- and then on 23rd July 2022 I replaced jio fiber prepaid with jio fiber postpaid by depositing rs. 4200/- which was advance for 6 months. But now after 5 months only a bill of 205 rs balance was given to me. I called customer care but no response was there from their side . Earlier also I asked customer care to deactivate my previous jio fiber no. And also to provide me refund of rs. 1500/- but no response was there.
