Text of Complaint by Lovey Mittal:

I requested my Airtel disconnection request on 31st May 2020 however my bill is generated till September 2020. I am not using Airtel connection since 31st May 2020 still Airtel is asking to pay bill amount of 3 months. I sent multiple emails to Airtel customer care but they are not understanding my concern.
