In my account having no 90007484440, balance was 63.00 INR. on 18.10.2018.when I checked my balance it was showing 0.80paisa.i talked to customer service, they are telling me you have make a call on 915532..like this number so 63. 00INR has been deducted. For your kind information I have not make any such type of call. I was travelling that time and my sim is in roaming. They are not giving me details about call and simply bluffing. On 20.10.2018 my account balance showing 5.67paisa. Why airtel company is doing like this. I want my money back… if a person is traveling and you have deducted the amount, if any urgency occurs then how it is possible to make a call. and that customer care person is saying you have dialled a no 915532…that’s why balance has deducted. how they are making fool to person.
