Text of Complaint by Sareen Mehta:

I buy a ticket from travelook and it’s from amritsar to perth there is a baggage allowance it’s a 30 kg in total but when I go for checkin the cabin member of airlines ask there is no luggage in your ticket it’s 0kg how it can be possible travelook delivered ticket which shows 30kg and even my meals but in flight their is no meal I pay the luggage at checkin around 10000 and i am having receipt please do me favour I want my refund back which I pay on checkin including meals…
