Text of Complaint by Ashish Kumar:

I have been experiencing airtel 4G network related issues for almost 2 months now where the network signal in my area is very poor and it goes out completely sometimes when I’m on a call or using the internet. I have been complaining about the same on the customer care helpline number but they keep on giving me dates and telling that within the given date your issue will be resolved and then our team will reach out to you. But these things keeps happening and my issue is still not resolved. The first call I made to the customer care was on 16th July and they gave me the date of 26th July till which my issue will be resolved. But it didn’t get resolved and then on 1 August I called again and again they gave me a date of 10 August and again the issue didn’t get resolved. Then again I called on 16th August for the same problem again they gave me 4 hours for the issue to be resolved. It was again the same thing, then I called them back on 18 August again and they gave me a new date of 28 August. They just keep on doing this without thinking about their consumers. Please take a strict action regarding this.
