Hi,.

I have return my mi10i mobile which i have purchased through additional exchange, the exchange value was 4550.

before returning i habe been assured by amazon customer care on email attached and call as well that I will be recieving the exchange value of 4550.

i haven’t received that amaount and now they are asking that wrong info/details was provided to me.

i would request amazon customer care to refund the amount assured by amazon customer care.
