I have purchased apple watch series 7 refurbished from itradeit online store .After 3 month of purchased it gets automatically locked and asking about login id and password which I haven’t .Regarding this I have visit to my nearby apple store but they ask me about the serial number of watch but the online invoice provided by itradeit doesn’t contains the watch serial number .when I called their(itradeit) number they neither respond the call nor given the mail reply .
My order id is 20546 , invoice date-17/03/2023.
