I have ordered a smartwatch on the website on June 9-2020, but I received another normal and cheap watch on 17-06-2020. I called their helpline number but no response and even mailed regarding this issue to the mail id- bimleshyadav222333+1@gmail.com which was provided in the website but no response. what to do am very depressed.

Even I have faced the same thing. I had ordered one + one offer smart watch but they shipped me a titan normal watch. I have emailed them but no response. This is fraud and has to be raised alarmingly.
