Sir,

Due to the current pandemic situation, I lost my job, so I thought to do some online data entry works. For that, I searched and applied in Quickr app. One day after applying in that a lady called me from the firm VR Consultancy Services and told me regarding the job details. She said that I will be assigned to do work for 10 days within the time limit I need to finish the work and after 3 days I will be get paid for that work. And also there will be a fee which is of 3400 rupees which will be deducted from my salary. So to continue with the formalities they asked me about the aadhar card details and I send the details. After disconnecting the call another person called from that company saying that he is the HR of the company and said me about a closure to make, that if I don’t finish the work within 10 days i need to pay 3400 rupees as their fees.

I couldn’t finish the work within 10 days. So today (05/10/2020) I got a call from the number +917387037763 (Sanjay Sharma) at 10:35 am and said that I need to pay an amount of 3400 rupees within 6hours otherwise they will be proceeding with the legal side. As a jobless person I asked them more time to remit that amount but they pressured me that I need to pay within 1 pm today itself(at first they said I will be having 6hrs of time for the remittance), otherwise they will be taking legal actions against me under Indian Contract Act 1872. So I decided to remit the amount and asked the legal advisor regarding their company bank account details and company govt approved certificates and GST number which I have been asking them from the beginning and they are ignoring my request to send the details.

So I decided to look forward to that company and found out several complaints have already been registered against the same company. Please do necessary actions against them to avoid future forgery to other people also.
