It is to inform you that I have taken loan from silver pocket and I have paid full amount on due date and time but the executive unnecessary calling and using irrespective language. They told me to see me in the court. But it is true I have paid and I send the screen shot of paid amount but they said and used rough language..

Because today i had to pay an amount 3834.by mistake i paid 1 rupee less
I just got a computerized voice call saying my loan is due.for tomorrow
I paid 3833 can you please get the loan up dated.

Earlier on the 19 of january i had paid an amount of 3167 it was by 8.30 pm the same day. The executive said ill do it in the morning as i got to do it Manuel ok i said.next day it wasn’t up dated and because of this i had to pay again 3395 as the previous amount wasnt up dated.so i paid twice any way i paid the amount on 25 january.so i lost rs 3167 in which i was told i will be refunded in one weeks time so far no news.
Nest day i got a lot of harrestment calls.
