Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I used this website (www.mmrtrip.com) for Air Ticket Booking Service with User ID: printzonebk@gmail.com. While making the reservation from Mumbai (Mumbai) BOM to Amausi (Lucknow) LKO using my UPI ID amounting Rs. 15816/- for which payment was successfully debited and Booking ID no. 9691 generated on 11th May 2023. It’s been 36 more than hours and to date neither received the booking confirmation nor amount is credited into my account online.

I request you to check the transaction and confirm the details for this transaction at the earliest .
