Actually I had ordered shoes from Amazon some day before. But due a issue i returned the shoes on 30 march and on 31 march pickup agent came to pick up but because one was looking rough( which was my issue) he denied to pickup and told to talk with customer care then i talked with them they said that they had created NOC and pickup the shoes after 3 days but after 3 days nobody came to pickup then again i returned but then also nobody came then again i talked to customer service they said the same thing that they issued NOC and this time pickup will be done confirmly but again nobody came to pickup then again i talked to customer service then also same thing was repeated.
