I have paid rs. 100 to alt Balaji for the three months subscription on 17/2/2020 for two times.
Both the times the amount has been deducted from my account but I didn’t receive any subscription yet.
I have mailed their support team for 2 times but they have not contacted me. If you can’t provide service then kindly refund the amount.
They do not have any customer care number to contact. Please take action against them asap.
