Dear Airtel
Booked ur fibre connection on 30sep2021 after having assurance that connection is available and the sales guy confirmed himself physically by looking at box installed in my area and said connection will be given the next day but as of today I.e 5oct2021 neither sales guy nor ur technical team contacted me .spoke to ur cc So many times but all in vain .everytime cc says engineer will call within 4 hrs but nothing happened.
