Meri airtel ki sim band ho gayi thi to me 9/12/2020 ki sham ko airtel office address 18/163 , B/4 HOTEL TAJ VIEW CROSSING, BASANT PLAZA, Fatehabad Rd, opp. HANUMAN MANDIR, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001 par gya tha. Wha mujhse 100 rupay mange gye duplicate Sim k liye. Or bol rhe the apka airtel payment bank kholna padega. Agar ap payment bank nhi khulwate ho to apki sim exchange Matlab badli nhi jayegi. Mujhe no. Ki jaroorat thi isliye mene 100 rupay de diye. Par jab mene airtel customer care se Baat ki tab unhone bataya airtel payment bank kholna compulsory nhi hai bina bank khole bhi sim exchange ho jaati hai. Par apke airtel store par bina airtel payment bank khole sim hi exchange nhi karte or 100 rupay charge lete hain.
