- Today morning i had done a recharge (FRC) from airtel store. The payment was deducted from my account but recharge ia not done till now. Its been more than 5 hours customer care is advicing to contact dealer and dealer is saying to w8 . How much timw should i w8 for this. Even cuatomer care is clearly deniying that there is no recharge done on my account . But i have transiction id as well as bank statement from payment deducted . Kindly provide a resolution . Asap
