Sir/Madam
With reference to the subject cited above, I shri. Mohan B.Kamatagi had purchased Airtel sim bearing No.9008809680 more than 15 years back.
Now it is automatically blocked few days back. I went to local Airtel office Kanishka Plaza, Ashram Road, Bijapur, next to Liberty Show Room, Vijayapura, Karnataka 586101. regarding this issue and filed complaint on 17th Feb,2020. (Complaint reference ID 21020518) But the local office staff is saying that my sim is mismatched other name (Jayashree).
I do not know about this name and why it is blocked. First time they said 4 days but already 10 days passed. The local office staff is saying to contact that this type correction is to be made in regional office.
Kindly do the necessary action regarding my name at the earliest, as all my banking,aadhar etc are linked to that sim no.only.
