I Mr. Pradnyesh Bhisikar have a airtel broadband connection number 025345352089_mh with landline number 02534010213.
My MAJOR concern is about your service. The service is so rubbish that I am tired of dealing it every time. On 2nd December suddenly my connection get suspended without any intimation. Today on 3 December 2020 your 3 customer care executives provides me FALSE information regarding my billing process.
My complaints are as follows:
- MR. RAJIV SINHA GAVES ME FALSE INFORMATION TO PAY Rs. 799 AND AFTER THAT MY CONNECTON WILL GET STARED IN 2 Hrs. SO SOORY TO SAY BUT HE IS A BIG CHEATER .
- Mr. YOGESH ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 4 HRS IN WHICH UR SERIOR WILL CALL ME AND HE ASURED THAT MY CONNECTION WILL RESUMED IN 2Hrs. AGAIN HE IS A CHEATER NON OF HIS COMEMMENTS GET RESULTED.
- TILL 6PM ON 2NDDECEMBER2020 YOUR SO CALLED AIRTEL APP SHOWS 180 DAYS OF VAILDAITY ON IT AND AFTER THAT IT GOT TO 00. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS.
- I HAVENT GET ANY EBILL FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. SUCH A DISGUSTING SYSTEM OF AIRTEL.
- A LADY NAMED MAMTA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT AT 5.56 PM UR CONNECTION WILL RESUME BUT AGAIN A BIG FAT FROAD.
- THEN AGAIN I INSIST TO customer Executive DISCUSS WITH SENIOR SUPERVISOR THEN FINALLY HE TRANSFERRED MY CALLED TO AKASH DHAROKAR, THEN HE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS THEN SUDDENLY TOLD ME TO AGAIN RECHARGE WITH 799 AND THEN AFTER MANY TIME INSIST THEN HE GAVE Rs 101 recharge and after two hours he called you need to recharge of Rs. 799. So they don’t know what exactly to do.
- The of Rs. 799 which is already has been updated in Rs. 499 + GST near upto 580 and that means i paid extra and still he asked us airtel is giving 15% discount what the F**K. and by paying extra neither i havn’t get any extra service nor regular service.
ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE REPRENTING AIRTEL IS SUCH A BOGAS PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO UNDESATND AND CONVEY ANY MESSAGE OR TO SOLVED ANY PROBLEM.ALL DAY ALONG I GET VERY FURSTATED WITH UR PEOPLE BECASE EVERY TIME THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SOLUTION
SO MY LAST CONCLUSION YOUR ALL EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT, ILLITRATE AND PLEASE TAKE ACTION SO OTHER EMPLOYEES GIVES PROPER INFORMATION TO OTHER CUSTOMER.
