I was recharge last 49 rupees on my airtel prepaid number after completed 28 days validity we do not use any balance from this amount& i recharge next 45 rupees recharge but old balance not coming in my account so i have complaint to airtel customer care number but he told I have not register your complaint because this is company process.so this is not right company is cheating.so please take the action against this company.
