I had ported into a Airtel SIM today and recharged of rupees 495 but when I install Airtel extreme app and wynk music ok I did not get any premium membership and here the error show please recharge of rupees 199 then I call in a customer care and they told me you have to reinstall the app I do that but again my issue was not resolved then I call again and then they told me you have to reboot the phone and install the app I also done this but again my issue was not resolved again call in the customer care they told me your problem has been sent to support Airtel TV then I mail to the Airtel support TV and from they are also I did not get any response and until now I am unable to use the Airtel extreme app please tell me what should I do what is my fault I have recharged properly e e after that I am unable to use any premium I hope up you resolve my issue as soon as possible
