I got the message that my outgoing and incoming will be stop from 01/12/2018 and 16/12/2018 on mobile no. 9929588502.How they stop out going/in coming? It is harassment of customer and forcefully they are taking money. Kindly make guideline and sop this corruption in Airtel. As a customer how can Airtel suddenly charge on incoming and outgoing. They always send these threating messages. When I mail they did not replied. Their system generated email said call on customer care. When my outgoing is not on how can I call on customer care? Another point I send mail, hence I expected that they provide me my complain number and reply on mail. How can they say call on customer care? If I call on customer care they charge 0.75/3 minute. Why I have to pay money to solve problem created by Airtel.
I hope you will take action against Airtel as soon as possible and resolve this issue.
